She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlon Evans and Iris Evans; her husband Willard Grice; her daughter Brenda Pearce; and her grandchildren, Bridget Wood and C. J. Guin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lou Allen of Kenly, Linda Mae Allen (Rocky) of Smithfield and Edith Ann Moore (David) of Kenly; and her sisters, Linda Hammett of Wendell and Brenda Evans of Gaffney, SC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
