It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etta Rouse (Clayton, North Carolina), born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Rouse and Margaret Budd Rouse.
