We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2022, at the age of 62, Donna Leigh Comer of Clayton, North Carolina, born in Fort Benning, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Ralph Comer and Molly Comer; and her pets, Snoopy T. Wall and Sassy. She is survived by: her significant other Tim Wall; and her pets, Riley, Rascal, Karma and Forrest.

“I was fortunate to call Donna my best friend, and I can only hope that she considered me one of her best friends as well. We met as neighbors, and bonded over cats and books. She and Tim, over the years, have been so kind and helpful to me. I loved going to their home, sitting on the back screened in porch, talking and watching the squirrels and birds. I will sincerely miss our talks, Donna's laughter and her smile. Rest peacefully my friend.”
