He is survived by: his wife Betty White; his children, Jill Puplava (Rick) of Bluffton, SC and Jason White (Natalie) of Carlock, IL; his stepson Carl Sperry (Johnsye) of Clayton; his brothers, Dale White (Ruth) of Sandwich, IL and Kenneth White (Patsy) of Rogers, AR; his grandchildren, Kylie, Abby, Emma Puplava of Bluffton, SC and Ridge White of Carlock, IL; and his stepgrandchildren, Cole Hendrix of Carlock, IL, Eric and Carlee Sperry of Clayton.
