He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Ann Marcom of McGee's Crossroads. He is survived by: his father James S. "Willie" Williams; and his siblings, J. Manuel "Manny" Williams of Mebane, Matthew Ruckman of Star, Jessica Carrillo of Smithfield, Erica Fields of Smithfield, Michelle Marcom of Star and Crystal Williams of Star. He is also survived by 14 loving nieces and nephews.
