We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2023, at the age of 77, David Allen Sommers (Clayton, North Carolina), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sommers and Ada Sommers; and his brothers, Leroy Sommers and Gerald Sommers. He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Kline); his children, Duane Sommers, Brian Sommers, Michelle Miller and Raquel "Roxie" Sommers; his grandchildren, Nathan Groover (Maddie), Derek, Alicia Taylor (Chad), Kayla, Serena and Matti Suppa (Bruno); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Delilah, Autumn, Coleson, Elijah, Willow and Casey; and his brothers, Leon Sommers (Norma), Mervin Sommers (Lydia), Clarence Sommers (Joan) and Paul Sommers (Marilyn).
