He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Owens and Mary Gutelius Owens; and his son Thomas Owens. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn S. Owens; his children, Amy Paben (Neil), David Owens (Lori) and Elizabeth Dehner (Joseph); his brother Robert Owens (Grace); his daughter-in-law Sandra Owens; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Emily, Danielle, Lindsey, Brian, Andrew and Reilly. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
