He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Durwood and Helen Tart; his uncle Kenneth Tart; his cousin Barry Tart; and his stepson Dylan Thacker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Boogie and KayLynn Marie Tart; his parents, Kay Scott (Hensley) and Charles G. Williams; his aunt LaRue Tart; his stepchildren, Jayda Thacker and Dawson Thacker; and also, Dylan, Donivan, Chrissy, David, Angie and Roger.
