He is survived by: his wife Judy Frances Mooneyham; his children, Ronald Mooneyham, Anthony Mooneyham (Melissa), Lisa Mooneyham (Donna), Christopher Mooneyham (Vivian) and Lynda Campbell (Bubba); his brother Don Mooneyham (Mary John); and his grandchildren, Eric Mooneyham (Christina), Harlie Mooneyham (Eric), Shelbie Mooneyham and Andrew Campbell. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
