She is survived by: her mother Thelma Horton Perry Worley; her stepfather Earl Worley; her siblings, Laura Hamm, Rhonda Barbour, Donna Potter and John Wayne Perry; her nieces and nephews, Crystal Billings, Ronnie Barbour Jr., Samantha Hamm, Steven Barbour, Ashley Henry, Victoria Luckenbill, John Perry Jr. and Joseph Henry; and her pet Lucy. She is also survived by 5 great-nephews; 5 great-nieces; 1 great great-niece.
