It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Richardson of Clayton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Richardson and Veroa Richardson; and his brother John Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Dodd of Knightdale, NC, Shawnta Smith (Xavier), Chadwick Richardson (Ashley), Adrian Horton, Travis Horton, Demetric Harris and Cedric Harris Fort, MD of Washington; his siblings, Alice Young of Raleigh, NC, James Richardson (Dorothy) and Elmer Richardson; his aunts, Thelma Richardson of Wendell, NC, Jersey Holder, Elventa Thomas, District Heights, MD, Elvautia Mials and Doris Richardson; his niece Linda F. Richardson; and his close friend Bridgett McMillian of Clayton, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; God-Daughter.
Due to COVID- 19 the family is accepting condolences via phone calls and cards his daughter.
