He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy J. Holt and Teresa M. Holt. He is survived by: his wife Laura Holt; his children, Jessica, Matthew, Kenneth, Kevin and Melissa Holt; and his stepson William Kiski. He is also survived by six brothers and sisters.
