He was predeceased by: his grandmother Anna "Mamaw" Marsh; his stepgrandfather Richard Dale Marsh; his grandmother Diana "Meme" Mullins; his uncle Kenneth Runyon; his grandfather Bill "Papaw" Runyon, Sr.; and his cousin Brandi Jo Long.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Runyon and Kandi Runyon; his brother Dr. Justin Runyon (Kasey); his grandfather James Mullins (Becky); his aunts and uncles, Rev. Bill Runyon, Jr. (Rena), Lisa-Marie Runyon, Gary Runyon (Joyce), Lisa Runyon Dickerson (Mike), Angie Runyon Collins (Josh), Kam Mullins Curry, Dexter Curry (Melinda), Connie Mullins (Kem) and Sarah Mullins Akers (Joshua Akers); and his children, Princeton Church of God and Hwy.
