He is survived by: his wife Bettie Cooper Fussell; his daughters, Teresa Johnson Griffith of Clayton, NC and Johnna Fussell Lake (Dave) of Holly Springs; his grandchildren, Kathryn Joyce Griffith, Robert Cooper Griffith, Allison Nicole Lake and Parker Steven Lake; and his sister Lucy Adelaide Scott of Savannah.
