She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thompson and Ola Thompson; and her siblings, Frances Barnes, Mary Elizabeth Parker and James Thompson.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Blinson; her children, Wayne Blinson (Tammy), Michael Blinson (Geraldine) and Lisa Poole (Robert); her siblings, Donnie Thompson (Susan) and Jan Smith (Sammy); and her grandchildren, Harrison Denny, Holden Denny, Brittany Perry, Brandi Blinson and Brook Blinson.
