He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Mary Fay Sheppard and Evalyn Halstead; and his stepfather Kenneth Bullock. He is survived by: his wife Angela Sheppard; his son Ayden Sheppard of Laurel Hill; his stepchildren, Jeffery McNeill Jr. of Pembroke, James Devin McNeill of Hope Mills, Caleb McNeill of Red Springs and Sarah Makenzie McNeill; his mother Amy Bullock of Raeford; his sister Devon Cribb of Fuquay Varina; his grandfather Phillip Gregory Sheppard Sr. (Betty) of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, KJ, Alannah, Paisley, Onna, Keanu, Calian and Kaliyah; and his nieces and nephews, Tucker and Dayna. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 535 Fodiesville Rd, Shannon, NC 28386. A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
