She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey C. Ward and Bertha Emaline Nunnery Ward; her husband Jason Tony Efird; and her siblings, Shirley W. Brown and Faye W. Bullock.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Efird of Norfolk, VA and Denise Efird Branch (Kevin) of Clarkton; her grandchildren, Adam Branch of Clarkton, Erin Scott (Andrew) of Supply and Shelly Nix (Michael) of Boardman; her great grandchildren, Morgan Nix, Kenzie Nix, Austin Lanier and Baby Scott; and her siblings, Gracie Miller (Terry) of Whiteville, Roland David Ward of Richmond, VA, Robert Morris Ward (Donna) of Clarkton and Cubby Ward (Beth) of Boardman.
