He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Page, Sr. and Lela Mae Kelly Page (Pete); and his sister Kim Solomon. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah P. Blackwell of Whiteville, Leslie Page of Whiteville and William Franklin Page, Jr. (Sandy) of Maggie Valley, NC; and his caregivers, Andrew Priest of Whiteville and Evan Young of Whiteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
