He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roscoe Britt and Verna Kissam Britt; and his siblings, Betty Britt, Melba Dove, Freddie Britt, Eldree Davis, Wayne Britt and Annette Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis Britt; his children, Melinda Batten (Jeffrey) of Clarkton and Bradley Smith of Clarkton; his sisters, Linda Joyce Neal (Dale) and Annis Hester (Harold); his grandson Landon Batten; and his friend Michael Britt.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Singletary Cemetery.
