He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bullard and Retha Bullard; and his sister Barbie Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Terri K. Bullard; his daughter Erica Stocks (Brad) of Nakina; his siblings, Dennis Bullard (Anne) of Bladenboro, Randy Bullard (Barbara) of Bladenboro, Jeanette McKee (Dan) of Lumberton and Phyllis Motte (Allen) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Brice, Blake and Emmy; and his pet Jake.
