He is survived by: his fiancée Loraine Lowery of Clarkton; his children, Kyle Elkins of Clarkton and Erika Elkin-Lovett (Zac) of Whiteville; his brother Ashley Elkins of Clarkton; his grandchildren, Sophie Caroline Elkins and Liam Cole Elkins; and his niece Stephanie Miller.
