He was predeceased by: his parents, Greer Collins Prince, Sr. and Mary Eulee Milligan Prince; his son John Julio Prince; his siblings, Greer Collins, Prince, Jr., Victor Thomas Prince and Nina Lee Prince; and his half-sisters, Elmarie Prince Canady, Ila Pearl Prince Prinkki and Mary Carolyn Edge Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Benton Prince; his daughters, Wendy Roblero (Walfre), Karen Shelton (Wayne) and Melinda Rivera; his grandchildren, Jonathon Parker, Porshia Heffner, Nathaniel Prince (Cristina), Aaron Heffner, Hannah Roblero, Walfre "Alex" Roblero, Rosalinda Rivera-Prince and Catalina Rivera-Prince; his great grandchildren, Mikayla Weber, Levi Parker, Lindsey Prince and Benjamin Bealmear; and his sisters, Eudell Coe and Elizabeth Watts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends.
In remembrance, the family asks that anyone who can donate blood to do so, and in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Deacon's Ministry Fund of Clarendon Baptist Church 2326 Sidney-Cherry Grove Rd Clarendon, NC 28432.
