She is survived by: her husband Fred Strickland, Jr.; her children, Julie Walker (Reggie) of Clarendon, NC and Jon Strickland (Kendra) of Clarendon, NC; her siblings, Clinton Grainger (Carolyn) of Whiteville, NC, Carolyn Fipps (Anthony) of Whiteville, NC, Saundra Hardie, Teresa Stephens of Whiteville, NC and Hilda Hardie of Lake Waccamaw, NC; and her grandchildren, Jon Cruz Strickland and Kenley Strickland.
