With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kellie Duncan of Clarendon, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2022 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Billy Wayne Todd. She is survived by: her mother Janice Carole Cribb Todd of Whiteville; her husband Sammy "Buddy" Duncan, Jr.; her siblings, Randy Wayne Todd of Raleigh, Crystal Gayle Bass of Castle Hayne, Jamie Sue Valdez (Bairon) of Framingham, MA and Billie Jo Bright (Chris) of Chadbourn; and her grandmother Evelyn Pauline Nealey Duncan of Whiteville.
