She is survived by: her husband Michael Milligan; her siblings, Peggy Price of Wilmington, Vickie Barrett of Chadbourn, Oden Lee Barrett, Jr. of Whiteville and John Barrett of Whiteville; her grandson Daniel Canonico of Elizabeth City; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Herring (Nicholas), Leighangel Butler (Derrick), Jay Barrett, Elizabeth Barrett, Izaya Barrett and Grace Barrett.
