She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Franklin Neal Powell and Gladys Mae; her spouse Rev. Jackie Godwin; and her sister Evelyn Powell. She is survived by: her pet Ward Powell; her son William Neal Godwin (Starr) of Clarendon, NC; her grandson Cody Godwin; and also Alison Walker.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and wearing a mask is encouraged to be worn.
