She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sobczak and Doris Dew Sobczak; her husband Billy Wayne Bell; and her sisters, Pat Ross and Rose Mary Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Bruno Godwin (Natalie) of Lake Waccamaw, NC, Kimberly Godwin McPherson (Jack) of Clarendon, NC and Brandie Bell Fowler (Scott) of Tabor City, NC; her sisters, Jeannie Galloway (Mike) of Inverness, FL, Josephine Albergo (Nick) and Anna Etheridge (Jimmy) of Cruso Island; and her grandchildren, Isabelle Fowler, Isaac McPherson, Karli Godwin, Brenna McPherson, Payton Fowler, Aleigh Godwin, Gracie Fowler, Cullen McPherson, Vicki Fowler and Alex McPherson.
