He is survived by: his wife Bonnie McDowell Nealey; his daughter Kelley Nealey Brinson (Brent) of Clarendon, NC; his siblings, Billy Nealey of Tabor City, NC, Kathy Cox of Tabor City, NC, Annie Lee Russell of Lake Waccamaw, NC and Betty Smith of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Baylee Brinson, Rylee Brinson and Kourtney Sellers; and his great grandchild Brileigh Joe.
