He is survived by: his wife Judy "Kaye" Hooks; his children, Lisa Setzer (Jonathan), Anita Slate (Steve) and Woody Hooks, III (Mary); and his sisters, Gloria Huffman (Danny) and Judy Tallant. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
