She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Parkhurst. She is survived by: her parents, William Richard Parkhurst and Mary Ann Campbell Parkhurst; her sister April Layne (Tony); her son Derick Smith; her aunt Glenda Campbell; her niece Autumn Layee; and her nephew Duane Matthews. She is also survived by aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.
