He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie A. Setzer and Johnsie Crawford Setzer. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Setzer (Chris) of Walls, MS, Stanley Setzer (Melissa) of Newton and June S. Elmore (Charles) of Catawba; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Setzer, Callie Gilchrist, Larry Setzer Jr., Becky E. Cox, Sarah E. Hess of Will Setzer, A. J, Jerry Punch and Stanley Setzer II.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Shiloh Methodist Church (1648 Shiloh Rd, Claremont, NC 28610). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
