He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Speaks, Sr. and April Rhea of Caldwell County; his children, Bentley Speaks of Catawba and Harper Speaks of Alexander County; his brothers, Jordan Speaks (Taylor) of Salisbury, Joseph Speaks (Lexie) of Claremont, Jaydan Speaks of Lenoir, Jeffrey Hilton of Caldwell County and Jonathan Hilton of Caldwell County; his grandfather Marvin Speaks of Hilton Head, SC; and his great-grandparent Margaret Reavis of Statesville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home & Crematory (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (3120 Falling Creek Rd, Hickory, NC 28601).
