She is survived by: her mother Scarlett Elliott Mackie of Claremont; her sons, Joshua Gilbert of Claremont and Clint McCorkle of Newton; her sister Debbie Reep of Lincolnton; her sister-in-law Kim Woody (Daniel Woody) of Lincolnton; her uncle Roger Elliott (Linda); her nephews, Christian Hughes and Elijah Woody; her niece Christina Drawdy; and her close friends, Walter Fortenberry, Alice, Mike Lawing, Anita Sandford and Curt Thompson.
