He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Blackburn Jr. (Jane) and Brian Blackburn of Claremont; his siblings, Elvis Blackburn (Debbie) of Michigan, Sheila Lipps (Lane) of Manchester, Priscilla Grimmett (Larry) of Ypsilanti, Janice Winkleman (Raymond) of Ypsilanti and Marguerite Langham (Jim) of Thonotosassa; and his grandchildren, Brian Jr., Andy, Cassidy, Bentley, Aubrey, Lucas, Justin, Jacob, Keith, Jr. and Brittany.
