He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Ivan Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Almeda Isenhour Elliott (Boots) of Conover; his close friend Jan Phillips; his sister Glenda Jo Yount (Doug) of Claremont; his niece Tonya Pope (Scott) of Newton; and his close friends, Dean Lail and Russell Cazire. He is also survived by Two great-nieces and three great-nephews.
