He is survived by: his father Larry W. Starnes Sr.; his stepmother Dallas of Stony Point; his siblings, Larry W. Starnes Jr. (Sherry Baxley), Jason Morrow of Claremont, Mitzi Fortner (Adrain Palmer) of Claremont and Sabrina Anderson (Joel) of Stony Point; and his stepbrother Johnny Dellinger of Conover. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
