She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Franklin Painter and Fannie Cook Painter; her husband James Andrew Reep Jr.; her son Rev. Terry Wehunt; and her grandson Joshua Thomas Helms.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Wehunt (Donna) of Claremont, Rhonda Henson (Henry) of Conover, Donna Little of Claremont and Lori Parsons of Conover; her stepson Jeff Reep of Lincolnton; her daughter-in-law Patricia Wehunt of Newton; and her grandchildren, Maranda Bolick, Trevor Bryant, Christian Bryant, Raelyn Parsons, Thad Wehunt, Amanda Huffman, Stacey Sigmon, Crystal Lail, Felicia Starr Lowe, Michael Toler, Adam Wehunt, Natalie Wehunt, Lindsey Hinson, Nicholas Helms, Crystal Helms, Gretchen Little and Chad Starr.
