With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Oscar Hartsoe of Claremont, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hartsoe and Rosie Huffman Hartsoe; his wife Bebie Martin Hartsoe; his daughter LuAnn Auton; and his siblings, Hubert, Vernon, Tom Hartsoe, Edna Issac, Margaret Perkins, Myrtle Duncan and Jean Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Robert Hartsoe of Claremont, Bruce Allen Hartsoe (Amanda) of Claremont and Michelle Hartsoe of Claremont; and his grandchildren, Kristen Auton, Katie Rudisill and Serenity Hartsoe.
