Osborne, Millard Osborne, Ray Osborne, Ernest Edward Osborne, Calvin Coolidge Harrison, Thomas Z. Osborne, Edna Mae Osborne, Bertha M. Osborne, Ann Ruth Osborne, Dorothy Osborne, Virginia L. Osborne and Bernita Osborne; and her daughter Dorothy Dellinger.

She is survived by: her son James Dellinger (Stella "Beth") of Hickory; her stepsons, Mark McCray of Hickory and Davy McCray of Hickory; her daughters, Melissa Morgan (Steve) of Newton and Karen McCray of Claremont; her stepdaughter Dawn McCray of Hickory; her sister Linda Ikerd of Newton; and her grandchildren, Casey Antone, Brian Dellinger, Nia Sentowski, Anna Moretz, Jacob McCray, Aaron Pack, Johnny Pack, Caleb Morgan, Andrew Morgan and Emily Morgan.
