He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Setzer and Faye Greene Setzer; his son Stephen Ryan Setzer; his brothers, Bobby Setzer and Larry Setzer; and his nephew Shea Setzer.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughter Summer (Josh Jones); his grandchildren, Kylie, Rylee and Kynleigh; his siblings, Sue (Jim Tinney), Jean Worrill and Allen Setzer; and his sister-in-law Donna Setzer. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
