He was predeceased by: his father William Jackson; and his brother Randy Parks. He is survived by: his wife Annette Parks; his daughters, Anna Scott (Jerry Scott, III) of Charlotte and Holly Leffew (William Leffew) of Churchland; his sister Tammy Barnak (Wayne Barnak) of Lexington; his sister-in-law Evelyn Parks (Scott Parks) of South Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Joey Parks, Aaron Parks, Leann Barnak, Katie Hammond and Allison Barnak; his adoptive mother Bonnie Byerly; and his pets, Captain and Todd. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
