It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Dare Taylor Rowe (Chocowinity, North Carolina), who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa Rowe Chapman; and her parents, Ralph A. Taylor and Mildred Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Jack Rowe; and her granddaughter Savannah Everett.
