He was predeceased by: his parents, Junius B. Hall and Mertie Perkins Hall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hodges Hall; his children, Parker Hall (Ashley) of Chocowinity, Ashley Carlson (Nathan) of Greenville and Hunter Hall of Chocowinity; his grandsons, Noah and Lucas Carlson; and his siblings, Bobby Hall (Carolyn) of South Boston, VA and Judy Page (Gene) of Ayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
