He is survived by: his wife Gwen Banks; his father Jack Mack Banks of Washington, NC; his daughters, Nicole Leslie Banks of Connecticut and Heather Dawn Banks of Bath, NC; his sister Susan Woolard of Pinetown, NC; his granddaughters, Candace, Sydney and Summer; and his stepsons, Hunter and Austin Harvey.
