He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrews and Edna Gurganus Andrews; and his brother Jesse Andrews. He is survived by: his children, Cherie Lynn Wells of Grifton and Roger Riggs of Williamston; his grandchildren, Daisy, Darby, Devin, Zachary, Tuck and Gavin; and his sister Edna Minton of Chocowinity.
