He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Richardson Wiggins and Ida Melissa Lewis Wiggins; and his siblings, Hubert, Toler, Josh Wiggins, Ada Buck and Lottie Bright.
He is survived by: his wife Shelva Buck Wiggins; his daughter Bonnie W. Potter (Ray) of Clover, VA; his grandchildren, Dustin and Victoria Potter; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Aydan and Everly; and his granddaughter March.
