She was predeceased by: her parents, J. G. Pickard and Teaco Griffin Pickard; her husband S. Wilson Cofer; her sons, Larry W. Cofer and Fred Cofer; her granddaughter Katina Priest; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Ann.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Claiborne "Clay" Cofer (Linda) of Virginia Beach, VA, Sara Cutler (Donnie) of Washington and Shannon Caldwell (Josh) of Chocowinity. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
