She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allen Nobles and Martha Elizabeth Wilson Nobles; her spouse Charlie Norman Carrow; and her brother Clarence Ray Nobles. She is survived by: her children, James Carrow (Jalaine) of Johnson City, TN, Janice Buck (Glavin) of Chocowinity, Judy Upton (Tommy) of Washington and Jenny Carrow (Lisa Shaw) of Elizabeth City; her sister Ruth Tripp of Fayetteville, NC; and her sister-in-law Lucille Nobles of Pollocksville, NC. She is also survived by seven grand-children, nineteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
