It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kevin Scott Cutler (Chocowinity, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Harding Cutler and Patricia Ann Smith Cutler; his brother Gregory "Keith" Cutler, Sr. (Kathy) of Buxton; his nephew Gregory Keith Cutler, Jr. of Denver, CO; his niece Patricia Kathryn Cutler of Frisco; and his aunt Mary Francis Peters of Greenville.
