He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oler Cutler and Dora Lee Clark Cutler. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jo Hodges Cutler; his children, Mary Jo Beddard (Bob) of Washington, Teresa Piner (Wes) of Wake Forest and Joe Cutler, Jr.; his grandchildren, Chris Venters of Wake Forest, Erin Piner of Wake Forest and Kendell Wenteler (Michael) of Washington; and his great grandchildren, Kira Venters, Jack Venters and Bella Grace Wenteler.
